After careers in teaching and school administration, Nancy Maynes and Blaine E. Hatt joined the Faculty of Education at Nipissing University. Each has taught a variety of courses in Education, including undergraduate and graduate courses. Research foci relate to teacher preparation, curriculum, creativity, and teacher hiring.
