Williams is a faculty member in the Department of Education at the SUNY College at Cortland and is coordinating the Safe Schools, Healthy Students Evaluation Project for the Syracuse City School District. She had previously coordinated the Syracuse University's subcontract of the Hamilton Fish National Institute on School and Community Violence.
