Dawood Ali McCallum's novels have been published in India, Italy and the UK. His articles have appeared in journals around the world. For the past 25 years he has worked in courts, police stations and prisons in some of the world's most fragile states. He draws heavily on these experiences in his writing, as well as on extensive research in India and the UK.
