Yet another book in Neurosurgery ! What place yet another book would occupy? The answer is that this book aims to offer basic principles and management strategies in neurosurgery care through the several practical case reports. Each case in this textbook has been written as a personal experience one of my colleagues and myself. The authors emphasized all the diagnostic protocols and management, introducing in each case the basic knowledge necessary to approach each of the clinical neurosurgical problems. This textbook is good reminder to those with great expirience and inspiring for beginners. My special thanks go to all the contributors who have worked in assembling the material for the electronic version of this textbook. We hope that it will be of use especially for young neurosurgeons and help mold your practice of neurosurgery long into the future. Neurosurgery is like a piano. Black keys presents bad experiences, while the white ones we unfairly remember rarely. Every neurosurgeon needs to become a virtuoso and play his own unique music.
