This article conducts an analysis with an interpretative approach of the pedagogical management of primary school teachers and the changes that have occurred as a result of the confinement by the pandemic of COVID-19, from open interviews with seven teachers. The results reveal processes of self-education and incipient use of virtuality in teachers, to implement strategies such as: personalized attention through the use of the WhatsApp application, diversified planning with collaborative work among peers, home visits, participation of the community and parents as liaisons, construction of booklets, use of digital platforms such as Zoom, Meet, Facebook and Google Classroom, which favor the development of distance education in the primary level in the state of Mexico.
