This work aims to reflect on the determination of the pedagogical work from a dialectical pair objectives/evaluation considering its philosophical-political-epistemological determinants, based on a critical and propositional conception of Education/Physical Education. This work emerged from reflections of the teaching practice, provided by the Collective of Reflection-Action in Education/Physical Education (CORE) from the actions of the Institutional Program of Scholarships for Initiation to Teaching (PIBID). Through observations and critical experiences, we have obtained an improvement in the understanding of pedagogical issues, as well as a deepening of the knowledge dealt with in the classes. Nevertheless, this work intends to contribute to the formation of researchers and teachers in continuous formation.
