This book contains specificities of the academic trajectory and generalities of the current professional situation of the first group of egresses of the Pedagogy Course of the National Plan of Formation of Teachers of Basic Education - PARFOR, evidencing aspects of the formation that configure the dynamics of this special course offer. The text that I present represents the author's look on this formative program, considering her experience of coordinator of the first course of pedagogy of PARFOR offered by the University of the State of Rio Grande do Norte - UERN, in two classes of different cities. The class of Mossoró/RN, headquarters of UERN, and the class of the Advanced Nucleus of Higher Education of Apodi - NAESA, in the municipality of Apodi/RN. Despite the apparent homogeneity of the classes, although they were made up of teachers working in Infant Education and in Lower Primary Education without higher education qualifications, the heterogeneity of the teaching experiences of these students revealed an extraordinary capacity for overcoming challenges and developing strategies to reconcile the secular teaching exercise, the tasks of the course and the domestic condition as housewives.

IV of the Central Campus of the University of the State of Rio Grande do Norte/ UERN/ Brazil, Master in Development and Environment/ PRODEMA/ UERN, doctoral student in Geography/ PPGEO/ UFPE. Coordinator of the Pedagogy course of the National Training Plan for Basic Education Teachers/ PARFOR/ Central Campus of UERN since 2010.
