Dr. Paul Hernandez, PhD, is a nationally recognized leader in college access, student success, pedagogy, and in creating and fostering a sense of belonging. Holding a doctorate in Sociology with a specialization in education, social inequality, and intersectionality, Dr. Hernandez has extensive experience as a faculty member, non-profit administrator, and higher education administrator. As a scholar-practitioner, he collaborates with higher education institutions, K-12 schools, and non-profit organizations to enhance student learning and success by creating and fostering inclusive and supportive educational environments.
