So the term The Pentecost Experiments has arisen out of the fact that I personally have experimented with the impact, especially of the Gift of Tongues on my ability to witness for the Lord Jesus Christ. Tongues are such an amazing phenomenon. I have long understood that when I speak in tongues it is not me speaking from my natural mind, it is something beyond me. This is a sign that what I am communicating is God's doing not mine. My born-again spirit is communing with the divine and Christ in me has a voice through tongues. I have regularly experimented with this process in preaching the gospel on the streets. I have preached messages in tongues on the street just to see the impact on the unbelievers simply because the Apostle Paul said Tongues are a sign for the unbelievers.
