The present work proposed the construction of logics that allowed the understanding of the factual plot of popular power from the political perspective of protagonist democracy, based on the comprehension of the sense and meaning of popular sovereignty, as well as its re-velation through the constitutional enunciation in the horizon of the State of justice, which allowed to undress the deepest and most persistent factors associated to the self-determination of the people through the discovery of the logic of the principle of co-responsibility.
