An interview guide, a questionnaire, a data collection form and an observation grid were used as tools to collect data on the structure, process and results of the logistics management system for generic essential medicines in the Lokossa-Athieme health zone. The decision criteria applied are: "Unsatisfactory", "acceptable" or "satisfactory", if the score obtained is respectively less than 80%, between 80 and 90% or greater than 90% of the expected score.
