Francisca Omweri é professora na Escola Secundária de Menyenya, licenciada em Artes pela Universidade Kenyatta e tem um Mestrado em Artes pela Universidade Metodista do Quénia em Estudos Religiosos. Atualmente, está a realizar um programa de doutoramento em Religião na Universidade de Kisii e é examinadora sénior do K.N.E.C no primeiro exame do C.R.E.
