He currently owns eight rental properties and continues to actively prospect for additional real estate assets to add to his portfolio. Rick is a passionate individual who possesses a high energy level and enthusiasm in all aspects of his life. Whether writing, looking for properties, or driving IBM's business, Rick is constantly looking to create win/win situations for all parties involved.
