Vicki Brett-Gach is an oil-free, sugar-free, Certified Personal Chef, Master-Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach, and Plant-Based Culinary Instructor. She is a graduate of Dr. McDougall's Starch Solution Certification program, and is Forks Over Knives Plant-Based Certified.Vicki holds certificates in Plant-Based Nutrition, Culinary Health Coaching, and in Wellness Counseling, and is trained in Nutrition for a Healthy Heart, as well as Dietary Therapy for Reversing Common Diseases.Vicki specializes in creating delectable plant-based recipes, and has designed recipes for the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies website, and served as a special project author for their updated Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition program with the "Plant-Based Food Guide: How To Eat Well On A Budget".As a coach, Vicki has helped people across the nation, often reversing chronic health challenges, one delicious meal at a time.
