Originally from Calgary, AB, I live in Sooke, BC on Vancouver Island, Canada. A twelve-year veteran in the Canadian Navy, I'm nine years married with a three-year-old son. I enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I'm a blue belt. I really enjoy reading novels in my spare time. My biggest influences are Stephen King and Cormac McCarthy. My favourite novels of the two are King's The Stand and McCarthy's The Road. Honestly, my goals are just to see if I can put a book on someone's shelf.
