Nguyen Minh Quang is a senior lecturer at the School of Education, Can Tho University and currently a PhD researcher at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), the Netherlands. He has authored numerous academic publications covering politics, education reforms, and environmental geography in Vietnam. James Albright is an emeritus professor at the Newcastle University's School of Education. He is internationally known for his contributions to the sociology of education and his research in curriculum theory, literacy education, professional development and school change.
