This study aims to analyze some aspects of Romania economy regarding pensions and the reforms. Therefore, the first reform undertaken is the price reform and the liberalization price is quasi-complete during the first transition years. Georgeta Modiga is Senior Lecturer, PhD in Law at Danubius University of Galati, lawyer and General Secretary of National House of Public Pension in Romania.Is interested about Harbour Law, European Social Law and Transportation Law. She is involved in many research projects and has numerous books and articles published.
