Autorenporträt
Khamsing Srinawk (pseud. Lao Khamhawm) was born in 1930 and grew up in Northeast Thailand. His varied experience as a university student, farmer, journalist, forest ranger, research assistant, and traveling sewing machine salesman provides rich material for his stories. He was named Thailand's National Artist in Literature in 1992.
