Hans Nicolai Adam is a Research Scientist at the Section for Water and Society at the Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA) in Oslo, Norway. Shilpi Srivastava is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, UK.
