The articulation of Basic Education focuses on students' learning processes by addressing their specific needs to have better prepared schools and to improve the competences that enable their personal development, as a result of a transformation in today's world, is reflected in the 2011 curriculum and represents a major challenge of continuous improvement with which converge in education and is responsible for a quality education for the 21st century, where learning needs are not the same as before, which is why widely significant adjustments were observed with reference to the previous ones. In this context, the formative approach to assessment becomes a substantive aspect for the improvement of the process at the three basic educational levels.
