This book describes a qualitative case study
conducted for the purpose of discovering if the
construct of interdisciplinary teaming has any
positive effect on teacher morale. The study
chronicals one ninth grade interdisciplinary team
working in a high school located in Southwest, Ohio.
The researcher conducted interviews and observations
of teachers individually, and while working as a

interdisciplinary teaming contains five functions
that indeed have a positive effect on teacher
