It looks at measures to facilitate the implementation of ADR and the reformation of Arbitration law with measures to facilitate the implementation of ADR in Nigeria by popularizing the mediation culture vide traditional mediation, court-annexed mediation and the mediation centres. Barr. Dr. Ayinla Lukman A., LL.B., BL., LL.M., Ph.D, born in Ilorin Kwara State, was called to the Nigerian Bar in year 2001 as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Presently a Senior Lecturer in the department of Jurisprudence and International Law, Faculty of Law Unilorin Nigeria. He has published over twenty articles.
