Abu Dablah spring locates near Pella city that now called (Tabaqet Fahel) and surrounded by cultural and natural sites. The study is mainly descriptive adopts methodology based exclusively on both site visit observation and face to face interviewing. The research findings, taking into consideration the present status of Abu Dablah spring has landscape and enjoys marvelous natural aspects making it a very good candidate to become an exemplary tourist attraction, it is faced with major obstacles to reach this goal as strategic factors were explored and priorities set out in this study
