Kip Jones, a.k.a. 'Mr. J, ' is a guidance counselor at Alcoa Elementary School in Alcoa, Tennessee, where he resides with his family. Mr. J. uses what he calls "bibliorhymology" in his Willie Bohanon books, an Urban Character Education series that also includes a rap song, dance and worksheets.
