Her decades of experience led her to start her own firm focused on helping leaders make better decisions, illuminim. Diane has consulted across numerous industries with some of the world's most admired organizations, including Procter & Gamble, L'Oreal, Walmart, The University of Cincinnati, Hershey, Red Bull, Conagra, Kroger, Target, Kao USA, Keurig Dr. Pepper, AB InBev, Jack Link's, Beam Suntory, CVS, Ulta Beauty, Mathnasium, Meijer.Diane's speaking engagements have included numerous annual sales meetings at large corporations as well as industry conferences such as the American Marketing Association and the Path to Purchase Institute.Diane serves on multiple non-profit boards supporting animal welfare and the arts.
