DAVE WATTS MOVED TO THE "land of opportunity" in 1952 with his family from England. After high school, he joined the Marine Corps with one tour of duty in Vietnam. During college, he bought his first property: ten acres with a mobile home. After securing a corporate job, he continued to purchase houses, condos and apartments. He left his corporate job and retired at the age of 45.
