Jane Agusi Nyandiko is a doctorate student in the field of Human Resource Development at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (JKUAT, Kenya). Currently, she is a Human Resource Officer at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, Eldoret, Kenya. She is a part time lecturer at the University of Eldoret and a full member of IHRM, Kenya.
