Hello, my name is Deborah Eiland. My friends call me Debbie. I have been in the Early Childhood profession for thirty years. Because of my love for books and reading, I have always thought about writing a children's book. I have been married for over forty years and have four adult daughters and seven wonderful grandchildren that include two sets of boy-girl twins. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, travel and read. My first book, The Girl with the Ebony Locs and the Three Bears, is an adaptation of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. It has the same elements of the original but with more of a modern twist which I think you will enjoy.
