Technology continues to flood classrooms across the
world and as a result administrators and teachers are
forced to figure out how to successfully integrate
this innovation. School leaders are being forced to
grow and change in order to keep up with the vast
knowledge that students are obtaining today from
their cultural surroundings. The intent of this
research project was to analyze what theory and
technical skills acting administrators felt were
necessary to have in order to create a
technology-rich learning community. The data
gathered from this study, can be used to create
relevant self-paced online learning courses for
school administrators.
