Dr. Tammy Seneca works as the Supervisor of
Information Systems and Educational Technology for West Baton
Rouge Parish in Louisiana. She is interested in both
administrator and teacher professional development.
Specifically, in the innovative approaches to technology
integration that is directly connected to grade level expectations.
