Autor

He is the author of several books on private law, as well as criminal law, including The Principles of the Law of Restitution (Oxford University Press, the fourth edition of which will publish in 2024) and, with Paul Davies, Equity and Trusts: Text, Cases, and Materials (Oxford University Press).
