Thus, it is necessary to know the handling of the criminal process in minors and the application given to the rules proposed for the development of the same. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to determine the inconsistencies and incongruities derived from the application of Pro Infans in Colombia and the incidence of these irregularities when sanctioning a minor offender attributing criminal responsibility.
