The DRC has experienced more than 80 years of colonization which, according to some observers, was characterized by the violation of fundamental rights. The discussion, the contradiction and the misunderstanding gave rise to the commitment of some worthy sons of the country to pay with their lives to obtain respect, consideration and ensure the socio-economic well-being of the population. Since June 30, 1960 until today, the socio-economic conditions of the Congolese people have not stopped deteriorating, it is always the minority that has the right to live downhill. All the leaders who have succeeded one another, from Joseph Kasavubu to Felix Tshisekedi, are aware of this situation. Unfortunately, they are surrounded by bad collaborators who only enrich themselves at the expense of the population and do not cease to make the poor population dream of the advent of a country where milk and honey flow. However, notwithstanding the speeches and the projects of the companies, even ifthey are utopian, in order to gain the confidence of the population, pragmatism should be established as a management mode by giving the population what it deserves, with the panoply of resources that the country abounds.
