A "barra brava" is an organised group of supporters of a football team. These groups pursue an ideal of supporting the team, cheering and singing on the pitch, and producing symbols of their club's identity, such as chants, rags and graffiti. The aim of the study was to analyse the barras in order to find a possible process of imitation between the Jugador Número 12 from Buenos Aires and the Guardia Albi Roja Sur from Bogota, Colombia.
