Technological product derived from research processes that arises as a need to offer Special Education teachers pedagogical, methodological and didactic tools for the direction and organization of the process of work training for school children with intellectual disabilities, as a cornerstone in the formation and development of knowledge, skills and work values to achieve autonomy and independence: qualities that are indispensable for the social and work inclusion of these subjects.Teachers find in the Guide, for the first time, guidance for the direction and development of some organizational forms of the process, which enhances its instrumental and practical character. Its use as a methodological and didactic support has been possible not only in special schools or other modalities of educational care, but also in Primary Education and Craft schools that provide care for this type of schoolchild, with very favorable opinions about its added value.
