In a context of intense competition and having to satisfy a clientele that is increasingly demanding comprehensive banking services, microfinance institutions are faced with a shortage of staff capable of responding effectively to these challenges. Generally speaking, the banking operations that MFIs are obliged to offer their clients require specific knowledge that agents generally lack in the absence of adequate training or prior professional experience. This book is a true operational guide, allowing microfinance agents not only to understand the sector in which they work, but also to have a knowledge of the legal contours of the various counter operations and, above all, to master the steps for safe and profitable execution.
