The industry has not recovered fully from the earlier onslaught in most South American countries, such as Ecuador. This book , therefore provides an important rationale for cooperation between several interested parties in utilizing the high production capacities of white leg shrimp. The rationale is that an increase in the cooperation level leads to an increase, not only in the stocking densities, but also in several other related factors of white leg shrimp production. Some measures are also proposed to improve the aquaculture area. An empirical investigation of the efficiency of a white leg shrimp farmer was demonstrated. It is based on a research study conducted in Vietnam ,convinced that cost and production studies and proposed some aquaculture strategies for Vietnam. This book will be especially useful for good farming policy development in Vietnam and other farming interested countries.
