Merisa Kacamakovic was born in Bremen, Germany, in October 1996, with her roots in Kosovo. She is fascinated with stories of life, fate, and the complexity of humans. In 2023, she marked her debut with the short novel "Sehen wir uns nach Mitternacht?" ("See you after midnight?"), published in German and English. It revolves around the beginning of a story between two people and the subtle twists of fate. Merisa holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and a Master's in Strategic Innovation Management, completed with the distinction cum laude. She has lived in the Netherlands, Spain and Mexico, and now resides in Cologne again.
