Dr. Anand Kumar Varma Sibyala received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati and is currently working as Professor & Head, Deptartment of Civil Engineering, in E.G.S. Pillay Engineering College, Nagapattinam, Tamilnadu, India. He has 20 years of teaching, 5 years of research and 3 years of industrial experience.
