Georges Samba Padou est né au Congo. Il fait ses études universitaires à l¿Université Marien Ngouabi (Brazzaville) et obtient un DESS en Diplomatie. Il est aussi Titulaire d¿un MBA en Criminologie-Criminalistique-Détective Privé obtenu à Wuacadamy (Pays-Bas). Diplomate, il est Chargé d¿Affaires à l¿ambassade du Congo en Allemagne.
