The book is looking at those principles established by Cameroon, Chad, and Gabon to determine migrants' status and further, the legal standards enacted and accepted by the various States aimed at protecting migrants. An examination of the various mechanisms, criteria, methods, standard and advantages accruing from protecting migrants' rights, it will be necessary to see the extent to which Cameroon, Chad and Gabon have enforced these established standards. Analysis on the legal and institutional frameworks, these will be analyzes the various areas these States have complied with and enforced legal standards protecting these rights. Such enforcement and implementation cannot go without some difficulties and inconsistencies.
