Dr Uzaina, PhD, CPsychol, is a Practitioner Counselling Psychologist passionate about helping families and neurodiverse children. She holds critical positions as the Research and Psychology Training Lead at Geniuslane in India and the United Kingdom. Additionally, she founded Psyche Vitality and is the co-director of the Association of Child Brain Research and CDC Solutions India. Dr Uzaina's expertise lies in conducting diagnostic assessments and providing essential counselling and support to families. With nearly a decade of experience, she has dedicated herself to offering short-term and long-term counselling and psychotherapy services to adolescents, women, and families. She remains actively engaged in continuous research audits, furthering her commitment to advancing the field of psychology. She also takes great pride in delivering comprehensive training programs to psychology trainees, sharing her knowledge and expertise with the next generation of professionals. Dr Rajesh Verma is an Assistant Professor and student of Psychology at Feroz Gandhi Memorial Government College Adampur, Haryana. He is an air veteran, academic gold medalist and completed his doctorate from MD University Rohtak. As a report writer, he worked on a DST-funded project on cognitive preparedness. His area of interest lies in indigenous psychology, cognitive psychology, social psychology, psychometrics, organising academic events, and content writing. Recently he organised the ICSSR-sponsored National Conference on "Bhagavad Gita: An Eternal Repository of Multi-disciplinary Lessons for Mankind". He is currently involved in editing a book entitled, "Exploring the Psycho-Social Impact of Covid-19 Global Perspectives on Behaviour, Interventions and Future Directions (Responses)", slated to be published by Routledge. He is tech-savvy, uploads psychology curriculum content-specific videos, and writes blogs regularly. He loves to interact with students. Dr Ruchi Pandey, PhD, MACP, serves as an Assistant Lecturer at Government Degree College, where she is passionately dedicated to transforming the educational landscape for young women in semi-rural areas and colleges. Her academic journey reflects a remarkable trajectory of achievement, marked by excellence and leadership. As a standout student, Dr Pandey earned the distinction of being the Best Outgoing Student and Topper of her cohort during her undergraduate studies at the University of Lucknow's Awadh Girl's Degree College. She continued her academic prowess during her Master's program at Amity University Lucknow, where she similarly excelled. In 2020, Dr. Pandey's outstanding abilities were recognised when she was appointed as a Gazetted Officer through the Uttar Pradesh Service Commission. Dr Pandey's expertise lies in the realm of psychology, with a focus on understanding and crafting psychological measures to enhance individual well-being. Her research interests encompass pivotal areas such as self-forgiveness, self-compassion, resilience, positive body image, and self-affirmations. Through her impactful work, she has amassed over 199 citations in her academic career, a testament to the quality and significance of her contributions to the fields of psychology and self-compassion. Driven by a passion for education and a commitment to empowering young women, Dr Ruchi Pandey inspired and made meaningful strides in her efforts to create positive change in society.
