Rev.Fr. Paskas Wagana is a Catholic Priest form the Roman Catholic diocese of Musoma in Tanzania. He holds B.A in Economics and M.A. in Social Work, from the University of Madras, India. He is currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Sociology at St. Augustine University, Mwanza, Tanzania.
