This raises the question of whether this view coincides with the canonical approach.

Die Autorin erhielt im Jahre 2001 das erste Vordiplom in Informatik an der Eidgenössischen Technischen Hochschule (ETH) Zürich, 2006 das Lizentiat der Rechtswissenschaften (lic.iur.) an der Universität Zürich und 2010 das Doktorat der Rechte (Dr.iur.) an der Universität Freiburg i.Ue. sowie das (Schweizer) Anwaltspatent. Danach arbeitete die Autorin als Gerichtsschreiberin im Bereich des öffentlichen Rechts, 2013-2022 am Bundesverwaltungsgericht (Schweiz) in der Abteilung II (Wirtschaft, Wettbewerb, Bildung). Seit 2022 arbeitet sie als Juristische Sekretärin für den Kanton Zürich. Berufsbegleitend erlangte die Autorin 2016 den Bachelor of Theology (BTh) an der Universität Luzern (summa cum laude), 2018 den Legum Magister (LL.M.) in Kanonistik an der Universität Wien (mit Auszeichnung), 2021 das Certificate of Advanced Studies Judikative (Schweizerische Richterakademie) an der Universität Luzern und das Certificate of Advanced Studies in Europarecht an der Universität Zürich, 2022 den Master of Theology (MTh) an der Universität Luzern (summa cum laude) und das Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal English and Common Law an der Universität Zürich sowie 2023 den Doctor of Philosophy in Theological Studies (Dr.phil.).
