Ally Bogard has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2002. As a co-creator of Gaiatri Yoga Teacher Training, SoundMind Meditation, and Upwards Gold, Ally employs an innovative and holistic approach when leading teacher trainings, personal development immersions, and retreats worldwide. In her roles as a teacher, mentor, and coach, Ally's in-person and virtual programs have guided thousands of people toward more meaningful lives through embodiment, emotional literacy, spiritual devotion, and commitment to service. Born in Calgary, Canada, Ally's passion for wilderness expeditions, ritual and ceremony, yoga, dance, and the mystical arts have taken her to some of the most remote corners of the world for over two decades.
