Autorenporträt
Dr. Thomas Marberry serves as Distinguished Professor of New Testament at Randall University in Moore, Oklahoma. He previously served as Vice President of Academic Affairs. During his years at Randall University, he taught courses in Greek, theology, church history, and other subjects. He has contributed to commentaries on Galatians and the Johannine Epistles in the Randall House Bible Commentary series. He has also published several articles and book reviews in various Free Will Baptist publications. Marberry attended Oklahoma Bible College (now Randall University), Baylor University, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He holds a Ph.D. in religion with a New Testament concentration from Baylor University. He has 21 years of experience in pastoral ministry. Thomas and his wife, Wilma, are members of the First Free Will Baptist Church in Oklahoma City where he currently serves as pastor. He is also very involved in the Hispanic ministry locally and at the denominational level. For nine years he served as president of El Seminario Biblico La Cruz in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
