Dr. Mrs. Nwanna Perpetual Ezinwa (Nee lwuh) was born in Mbaise. She has a M.Sc in Educational Management AND Planning from Lagos State University (LASU) and a Ph. D in Educational Administration AND Planning from University of Abuja. She is currently working with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as Chief Administrative Officer.
