Professor Hugo da Silva Farias hat sein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften am Universitätszentrum João Pessoa - UNIPÊ abgeschlossen. Er ist Fachanwalt für Zivilprozessrecht an der Fakultät Natal-RN, Arbeitsrechtler seit 2008 und Universitätsdozent seit 2011, wo er u. a. Arbeitsrecht, Verfassungsrecht und allgemeine Prozesstheorie unterrichtet.
