Melissa spends her free time taking photos, reading, writing, and practicing yoga and mindfulness. She loves to learn and takes pleasure in doing anything creative. Melissa enjoys spending time in nature, hiking trails, and forest bathing. She's a Jersey girl at heart but loves to travel as much as possible. She studied psychology and mental health in college and advocates as much as possible to remove the stigma against mental illness.
