Crusaders, lepers, wives, royalty, soldiers, and philanthropists each prove that one's ability for heroism does not correlate to status, but rather the contents of their hearts. The Red Book of Heroes is a stunning collection of short fiction curated, translated, and edited by Andrew and Leonora Lang. With compelling prose, this collection celebrates lesser-known but well deserving heroes of history.
