The Red Room is written by Patrick Mallison and Debbie Mitchell who feel passionately about strong lead characters and great story telling. They began to write the book while on a winter break in Malta in December 2014. Patrick and Debbie have written a trilogy of books under the pen name P. D. Mitchellson featuring Debra Fielding as Mistress D. They live in the south of England and split their time between England and their Caribbean home in Aruba.
